Anna holds an MA degree in History and European Studies from Paris IV-Sorbonne and a second MA degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva; she concluded her studies in the College of Europe in Bruges. She worked as a liaison officer for the French Presidency of the European Union. Her monography was published in French in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (La Translyvanie dans les relations roumano-hongroises vues du Quai d’Orsay 1944-1947 – Transylvania in the Hungarian-Romanian relations from the perspective of Quai d’Orsay 1944-1947). Her main fields of research: European policy of France, France and the Central-Eastern European region, Bulgaria’s foreign and interior policy, European Union, as well as the francophone Sub-Saharan Africa.
