György graduated at the Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University, at the Faculty of Humanties and earned his diploma in Russian Language and Culture. Recently, he is occupied with EU development policies regarding higher education with a special focus on local research & development and innovation policies. Currently he studies at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Lóránd University, where he also conducts his research at the Institute of Political Sciences. György is an associate research fellow of IFAT. His main fields of research are the external affairs and foreign trade activities of Russia, and also the international dimension of the Russian higher education, research and development policies.
