Henry Oryem Okello, the minister of state for Foreign Affairs of Uganda arrived to an official visit to Hungary. The first stop of his agenda was the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade, where he held a lecture about the role of Uganda in the East African region. His excellency was speaking about the economic, political and security challenges Uganda is facing, underlining the achievements of the East African state and the possibilities for potential investors. He was emphasising that Uganda is expecting Hungarian businessmen and investors who want to get the same high return for their money as Chinese or Indian investors doing in recent years. His Excellency was highlighting the role of Uganda in the security and the stabilization of the region, including the peacekeeping efforts in Somalia and the peace-building in South Sudan.
