Ukraine-Hungary: Economy over Politics? – joint videoconference of the Ukrainian Prism and IFAT

IFAT, together with Foreign Policy Council Ukrainian Prism held a videconference on May 29, 2020 to present the findings of their joint policy paper exploring the possibilities to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries. Sándor Seremet, IFAT’s associate fellow and Tetiana Zosymenko from our Ukrainian partner have presented their study and recommendations, including the need to diversify Hungarian investment in Ukraine, make the Ukraininan investment climate better, and most importantly to relaunch the work of the bilateral economic committees, which was announced on the meeting of the two respective foreign ministers held on the same day.
